  Good area, nice looking place, staff were friendly and efficient, I wanted to like this place. I ordered a bacon sandwich, doorstop white bread (there was a choice of granary too) but only 2 meagre slices of lukewarm (albeit it tasty) back bacon. I transferred the bacon to one half of the 'sandwich and it was still barely enough. If I do go back I'll take a bigger appetite and try a 'pan', which was quite substantial and really good value for money, but it too wasn't very hot. If you like tea though you do get a huge pot.

  We love this place food is excellent, coffee is great, staff very welcoming and helpful, we used to go to Avon Beach Mudeford for breakfast but not any more!!! it was delicious...have tried breakfast and lunch.. .will go for evening meal..next time we are up from Newbury Berkshire ☕
